Our Story
X-CRaD stands for X-Plore College of Research & Development, a subsidiary of X-Plore College Ltd, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) under CAC/T/NO: 7426547 on April 2, 2024. The institute is dedicated to advancing both Islamic and Western education at all levels through research, scholarship, and academic development. Research is the cornerstone of progress, fostering the exchange of knowledge, experiences, perceptions, and ideas. X-CRaD is committed to conducting research that addresses contemporary challenges affecting Islam and Muslim societies. It seeks to provide well-grounded academic responses to issues surrounding the understanding and interpretation of Islam and its sources. Moreover, the decline in the educational sector and the increasing intellectual challenges among Muslim youths serve as key motivations for establishing this research institute. X-CRaD aims to revitalize Islamic scholarship, promote the authentic teachings of Islam, and counter misinterpretations that arise due to ideological influences and misinformation. The institute is also dedicated to empowering Muslim youths and women with sound knowledge to navigate contemporary issues, particularly in Nigeria, where religion is often exploited for political and social manipulation.
